Important information
Please be aware, overnight maintenance work will be taking place on the A1 between Wansford and Stibbington from October 2023 - January 2024, between 8pm and 6am. Therefore, closures and diversions will be taking place to carry out the work safely, on the A1 southbound between Wansford and Stibbington on the following dates:
Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd October 2023
Monday 30th October to Friday 17th November 2023
Wednesday 4th December to Saturday 16th December 2023
Monday 8th January to Friday 22th January 2024
If you are arriving at the hotel within these hours please plan your journey carefully. Whilst the A1 is closed, southbound traffic will be diverted from the A1 at Wansford and directed to follow the A47, A1260 Nene Parkway and A1139 Fletton Parkway, before re-joining the A1.

Due to the roadside location of this hotel, some external noise may be heard.Â
Please note this hotel does not have a Bar Cafè and is therefore unable to offer a cooked breakfast, however we can provide a breakfast box. Our breakfast to go includes breakfast favourites cornflakes, orange juice and a pain au chocolat and now has an added oaty flapjack snack to keep you powered until lunch.
Starbucks is open nearby between the hours of 6am and 8pm each day. Guests can also enjoy a wide variety of food and drink with a short car journey from the hotel.
